 It is not magic by any stretch but we thought it appropriate
to commend Quinlan's Inside Magic Favorite Lindsay Lohan for her decision to
enter rehab.
The decision to admit you need help is a tremendous first
step on the road to recovery.
Miss Lohan has enough distractions in Hollywood for any five
adults, much less a very young celebrity.
Yet she has conceded she may need help to discovery whether
she has a problem; and if so, how she can enjoy her life in a town where
alcoholism is second to self-deception on the illness top-ten.
There are those who would tear her down for her lifestyle,
her choices, and even her decision to now seek professional help.
We hope by entering rehab, she is able to find distance from
these detractors, find instruction in the life skills she needs, and
tranquility in the truest sense of the word.
It is possible (indeed statistically likely) she will
stumble or fall on her path to sobriety.
But it is not the fall but the failure to try again that will determine
her success.
And she impresses us as a very resilient young woman.
